In a viral video, Surajpur, Chattisgarh District Collector Ranbir Sharma was seen slapping a young boy and slamming his phone on the ground for allegedly violating #COVID19 lockdown. After much criticism, CM Bhupesh Baghel ordered to remove Ranbir Sharma from the Collector post. In another video from Surajpur only, SDM was seen slapping a boy for the same reason.
