The people of Mumbai are going to get semi air-conditioned local train soon. General Manager, Western Railway said that at present 12 AC trains are running in Mumbai and rest of the services are run on Non AC. He added that it is being called as SemiAC because if there will be a 12 coach train, then it will have 6 coaches of AC and the remaining 6 coaches will be of non-AC. Apart from this, if the train will be of 15 coaches, then it will have 6 coaches of AC and 9 coaches of non-AC.
