Description – T20 World Cup 2021: BCCI announced 15 member Indian squad for the upcoming edition of the World Cup to be held later this year. Some young players made it to the fional cut while some of the big names are missing. Players like Shikhar Dhawan, Yuzvender Chahal, Kuldip Yadav are not incliuded in the squad. Whereas youngsters like Suryakumar Yadav, Ishan Kishan, Varun Chakravarthy got their tickets to UAE. Indian veteran off spinner Ravichandran Ashwin makes a comeback in this shortest format of the game after four long years. India had gone with only three pace bowlers alongwith fast bowling all rounder hardik pandya. India will go on with five spin bowlers. Shreyas Iyer, Deepak Chahar and Shardul Thakur are named as reserved players.
