NCCT and DRI has sufficient reasons to suspect drug smuggling on Mundra Port, run by the company of businessman Gautam Adani. NCCT was monitoring the suspected containers from a month ago. In the aftermath they analyzed the import company and source of goods. The agencies were under pressure as in June this year their mistake caused safe shipment of Thousands of crores worth Heroin. Agencies suspicion got more ground as they checked on the registered office of import company. They immediately raided Mundra Port and found out around three thousand Kilogram Heroin.
