Social media users are sharing a video and claiming that Prime Minister Narendra Modi says that having a BJP government means rioters, mafiaraj, goondaraj. We investigated the claims and found that the claim is misleading. The viral claim has been made from a clipped video of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s election rally in Sitapur, UP on 16 February 2022. In the original video, Modi is saying that having a BJP government means rioters, mafiaraj, goondaraj – equal control over them.
