The elections for Member of Legislative Council (MLC) are to be held in the state of Uttar Pradesh on April 9. Dr Kafeel Khan is the SP’s MLC candidate from Deoria-Kushinagar. Kafeel Khan dismissed in 2017 as being responsible for the death of innocent children in Gorakhpur Medical College.
