The Supreme Court recently asked whether the officer applied his mind when he ruled out hate speech in Dharma Sansad that took place in Delhi in December last year.
The Delhi Police on Friday, 22nd April, 2022 informed the Supreme Court of India that it will “take a relook” at the affidavit in which it ruled out any hate speech in the event that was organised by the Hindu Yuva Vahini, in the national capital in December, 2021.
