Coronavirus in India: The funeral of the dead patients from COVID-19 is being done by the hospital sweepers, as the whole family is in quarantine. By May 14, 2020, more than 80 thousand cases of coronavirus have been reported in India. More than 2500 people have lost their lives due to COVID-19. However, more than 27 thousand people have been cured of coronavirus.
According to latest media reports, around 548 doctors, nurses and paramedic corona positives have been found in India. However, this list does not include the fieldworker, ward boy, sanitation worker, security guard, lab attendant, peon, and laundry and kitchen staff. Many doctors have also died due to coronavirus.
