They are pioneer of mini dal mill machine in India. Various dal mill machine models are available with them ranging from capacity from 500 Kg/day to 1000Kg/hr.
In this video we are covering video of 2Hp Dal Mill cum grader machine which is processing toor to toor dal. But this dal mill machine can be used to process all types of Dal like Chana dal, toor dal, moong dal, urad dal, masoor dal, matar dal, etc. This Dal Mill machine cum grader can also be used to grader all types of grains like wheat, jowar, bajra, soybean, tur dal, chana dal, moong dal, urad dal, etc.
The capacity of this dal mill machine is 500 kg per day. It can process 1500 Kg of raw material per day, but it takes three days to process raw material to dal, so the capacity of one third of 1500 kg. The ourput of toor dal is 70-75 Kg per 100 kg of toor using this machine. Similary for urad, moong, chana, matar, masoor dal it is around 80-85 kg per 100 kg of raw material.
There are three ways of earning using this dal mill machine –
1. Processing raw materia into dal for other people. Once can charge around 700-100 rupees per quintal using this dal mill machine.
2. Buying raw material from market, processing it and selling it in the market. Once can earn aroun 300-500 per quintal using this dal mill machine.
3. Once can use this machine to clean wheat, jowar, bajra. Once can earn around 100 rupees per quintal. But the process of cleaning is completely automatic and it can clean up to 200 kg per hour. So once can earn around 2000 rupees in 1 day using this dal mill machine.
This dal mill business is quite profitable in rural area because raw material is easily available and at lower price. Is someone is able to procure raw material at lower price, once can increase their profit significantly using this dal mill machine.
