India’s food safety regulator FSSAI has taken a new step to make mustard oil pure i.e. while preparing mustard oil, no other vegetable oil will be added to it, only pure mustard oil will be prepared from October 1, 2020. The Food Safety and Security Authority of India (FSSAI) works under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. It monitors the quality of food and drinks throughout the country.
