If you love HUMMUS the way I do, then surely you must be missing eating it. But worry not, here is my simple and tasty homemade hummus recipe without tahini. All you need is:
1 cup boiled chickpea(kabuli chana)
5 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoon hung curd/yogurt
Olive oil ( I use Figaro)
1/2 lemon juice
Chilli flake & Oregano for seasoning
Salt to taste
Just add all the above and give them a good churn in a mixer. Keep adding little water to check for consistency.
