Demand for dairy is putting pressure on biodiversity; there’s no quick fix, but in the Netherlands a collaborative scheme across the value chain is unlocking sustainable entrepreneurship in an attempt to develop future-proof solutions. A piloted Biodiversity Monitor from Rabobank, Dutch diary giant FrieslandCampina and the WWF is supporting the farmers at the centre of this challenge.
