In Ballia district of Uttar Pradesh, a young man strangled the minor girl to death. However, the police has arrested the accused from the spot. According to the report of Anil Akela associated with India Today, the matter is of Sikandpur police station area. Here a girl came to her relative’s house. She went to the farm to collect vegetables along with friends. Then the accused boy reached there and started calling the girl near him. When she did not go, the accused got angry.
