A case has been filed against Milind Soman for sharing nude photos on social media, . According to the news agency ANI, a case has been registered against Milind Soman under Section 294 of IPC and Section 67 of IT Act in Colva Police Station. Here, section 294 is for indecent act and songs and section 67 of the IT Act is against publishing and sharing obscene material in electronic form. According to media reports, the police said that on 5 November, a complaint was filed by the political organization Goa Suraksha Manch (GSM), after which a case was registered on 6 November.
