The Delhi High Court will pronounce its verdict on the central government’s plea regarding the hanging in the Nirbhaya case on Wednesday.

Justice Suresh Kaith, who has been hearing the case, will decide the future of the convicts. The verdict will also clarify if all guilty can be hanged together or those whose mercy petitions have been rejected can be executed earlier.

Earlier, the central government had submitted their application in the Delhi High Court with reasons of four guilties in the case misusing the judicial system and delaying their hanging. The Delhi High Court had reserved their order after completion of the special hearing on Sunday.
