Relating invaluable lessons from his experience as an entrepreneur, he also spoke about the 6 big trends in the banking sector which potential entrepreneurs could benefit from. Talking about the future, he emphasized 5 sunrise industries that could play a major role in India’s booming economy.
Highlighting the challenges banking is facing today, he invited young minds and bright people to work closely with Bank of Baroda and to solve these problems together.
He also expressed working deeply with IIT Bombay on entrepreneurship, which could include the possibility of establishing an innovation center and setting up a fund for the startups working in financial technology and real economy. Concluding his address, he said “This is the start and beginning of a dialogue with IIT Bombay, and hopefully your genius and our funding can somehow come together and create magic for this country”
