Most of the startups are based on digital economy. And startups are generating employment but people lack new age skills. Most of peoples who are younger are unemployed. They have to figure out that what can they do and how can they improve their skills.
Stock market and private investment work differently. Private investments mainly focus on companies growth. and stock markets’ focus is on profitability. A major concern in startups is Corporate Governance.
