Azad, who is the Leader of Opposition, was moved and surprised. Speaking in the Lok Sabha on February 11, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi alleged that the Centre’s three new farm laws will “break the spine of farmers”. MoS for Finance Anurag Thakur responded to Gandhi’s barbs and said not even a single Opposition MP could point out the clause in the farm laws that would end APMC mandis. Former Congress president, Rahul Gandhi referred to the family planning slogan “Hum do Hamare Do” to allege that the country is being run by only four people.
