#ShahidAfridi still holds the record for youngest ODI centurion. He had scored 37 balls hundred vs Sri Lanka in 1996. According to #ICC, he was just 16 years old at that time. But Afridi claimed in his biography that he was born in 1975 not in 1980. He Tweeted on March 1, 2021, “Thank you very much for all the lovely birthday wishes – 44 today! My family and my fans are my biggest assets. Really enjoying my stint with Multan and hope to produce match winning performances for all MS fans.” According to this tweet, he was 19 years old, and Afghanistan’s Usman Ghani is the youngest ODI centurion as he smashes a century vs Zimbabwe in 17 years 242 days of age.
