Social media users are trolling a doctor for placing stethoscope on a patient’s eye, calling him result of reservation policies in India. The doctor is actually performing orbital auscultation on eye. This is recommended as a screening technique in patients with subjective bruit or tinnitus, persistent conjunctivitis, exophthalmos, headache, seizure disorder and other neurologic and psychiatric symptoms.
