Some ventilators came from Kanpur to GSVM Medical College from PM Cares Fund. Two of these ventilators were installed in the ICU of the Department of Paediatrics in GSVM Kanpur. Now the doctors have complained that these ventilators are of poor quality. It has been claimed that due to this, a newborn child has also died.
