On this, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitaraman accused Adhir Ranjan of lying. Whereas in the Rajya Sabha also, the government was successful in getting The Inland Vessels Bill, 2021 passed. There was a lot of uproar in both the houses even today in the Pegasus espionage case. The opposition is demanding a debate on issues like Pegasus, farmers’ movement and inflation.
