When Kristine and Michael Barnett adopted 6 year old Ukrainian girl, they thought they were adding a daughter in their family. However, later on Kristine alleged that her adopted child was actually a 22 year old woman who was trying to kill them. The story bears striking resemblance to the 2009 Hollywood thriller flick Orphan starring Isabelle Fuhrman and Vera Farmiga.
