An Afghan mother delivered a baby girl in a US military evacuation flight. The woman went into labor aboard a C-17 transport aircraft during the second leg of her journey fleeing the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan. The baby has been named ‘Reach,’ after the call sign of the jet that brought her and her mother.
