It was year 2014 when Anil Basak from Bihar’s Kishangnaj cracked the IIT entrance. When he was coming to IIT Delhi, he did not think that his name would be in the list of UPSC toppers in just few years. But here he is. In UPSC 2020 civil service exam he secured 45th rank.
