Five persons were arrested for allegedly cheating in the Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) 2021 in Bikaner. As per the PTI report, they were caught carrying Bluetooth devices fitted in their slippers.
Earlier, the Rajasthan government had temporarily suspended the mobile internet services, bulk SMS/MMS and various other social media platforms in various districts including Ajmer, Alwar, Dausa, Jhunjhunu and Jaipur rural from 6 am to 6 pm. The decision was taken as a precautionary measure in view of the REET 2021 examination.
