Magistrate Court dismissed Aryan Khan’s bail plea citing that they don’t have jurisdiction. NCB had stated that such matters can only be heard in special courts and not in Magistrate court. Court has also rejected Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha’s bail pleas. Aryan and other accused were taken to JJ Hospital by a team of NCB officials to undergo medical tests. After which six male accused were taken straight to Arthur Jail Road while 2 female accused were taken to Byculla Jail.
