1:04 – 3. First time applicants to enter bank a/c number, loan purpose, and amount required, followed by OTP
1:39 – 4. Enter any missing details from auto-filled loan application
2:10 – 5. Enter branch and co-applicant details, if any
2:25 – 6. Upload proof of identity, address, land record and quotation in PDF format
For new to bank customers with Aadhaar
2:47 – 2. Apply via Aadhaar based login, followed by OTP
3:21 – 3. Enter any missing details from auto-filled loan application
For new to bank customers without Aadhaar
3:29 – 2. Click on ‘I do not have a BoB a/c’
3:40 – 3. Fill in all details to submit loan application
3:47 – Note: If your loan application is left incomplete, resume completing it by entering application ID sent via SMS/email
4:16 – Schedule appointment for branch visit
