Thousands are expected to attend the ceremony, which will see the BJP return to power for the second time in over three decades. All chief ministers of BJP-ruled states have been invited, in addition to other high-ranking members of the ruling party. The swearing-in ceremony, which is likely to be a show of strength for the party, will take place around two weeks after the election results were announced, with the BJP-led alliance claiming a landslide victory with 273 seats.
