The assassination of Rahul Bhat, a government official at the Chadoora Tehsil Office in Budgam, Jammu & Kashmir, by terrorists on Thursday has brought to mind the horrific episodes of 1989 and 1990, when Kashmiri Pandits were targeted and forced to flee the Valley.┬аAccording to reliable sources, Pakistani espionage agency ISI has begun creating ‘hit-lists’ of members of the minority population who will be slain in order to inflame tensions in the valley, similar to its nefarious deeds in late 1989 and early 1990.
