Sony Xperia U is a mid range dual core Android phone from Sony and I do a indepth full review of this phone including benchmarks this phone sports a 1 Ghz dual core processor it also has a front facing vga camera and a rear facing 5 MP camera with auto focus and LED flash, as of now this Xperia U run Android 2.3 gingerbread but this phone is going to get the android ICS update.
