Chief minister Nitish Kumar remained shocked for a moment on Saturday when a 11-year-old boy urged him with folded hands to get him admitted to a private school as the quality of education in the government school in his village was “not up to the mark”. Sonu Kumar, a student of Class VI, approached Nitish when he was listening to the grievances of co-villagers at his native village Kalyanbigha under Harnaut block in Nalanda district. The CM had gone to his village to pay floral tribute to his wife Manju Kumari Sinha on her 16th death anniversary.
