A case of death of a 22-year-old youth Altaf under suspicious circumstances has come to light in the police lockup of Sadar Kotwali of Kasganj. Altaf’s relatives have accused the police of murder, while according to police officials, the youth hanged himself in the toilet of the lockup, after which he was taken to the hospital, where he succumbed to death after just few minutes of the first aid.
