A case of abduction and rape of a Dalit minor has come to light from a village in Bardiha area of Garhwa in Jharkhand. The accused belongs to another community. On the statement of the victim, the police registered a case against the accused Irshad Khan and started investigation on Sunday.
The victim said that on the evening of September 6, Irshad and one of his associates kidnapped her on a bike. On the way, both of them smelled something to her, after that she fainted. When he regained consciousness, he found himself locked in a room. After this, Irshad raped her several times, threatening to kill the family and showing her fear of guns. The protest was also beaten up.
