Over 130 people have died in a bridge collapse in Gujarat’s Morbi. This unfortunate incident has jolted the nation. The Gujarat government has given the investigation of this matter to the Special Investigation Team (SIT). In March this year, Oreva Group of Morbi got the contract to repair the bridge. A case has been registered against the company and 9 people have been arrested, including two maintenance directors and three security guards whose job was to stop the crowd on the bridge.
