Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge slammed the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government at the Centre and asked when India will have “Chine pe charcha”. This comes after Kharge said on Friday that he was not allowed to speak about the India-China clash at Arunachal Pradesh’s Tawang in Rajya Sabha despite the House Chairman giving him the authority to talk on the issue.
