उत्तराखंड के हल्द्वानी में सरकारी जमीन पर से अवैध कब्जा हटाने के कोर्ट के आदेश के विरोध में हजारों लोगों का विरोध जारी है. प्रशासन का कहना है कि यह जमीन रेलवे की है और इस पर अवैध कब्जा कर गफूर बस्ती को बसाया गया है. यह मुद्दा अब और भी गहराता जा रहा है और इस पर सियासत तेज हो गई है. शाहीन बाग की तर्ज पर ही यहां महिलाओं और बच्चों को आगे कर दिया गया है.
