In a shocking incident reported from the Anandpur Sahib area of Rupnagar district in Punjab, a Canadian resident was allegedly lynched to death by a mob after he asked them not to play loud music.
The victim was identified as 24-year-old Pradeep Singh, who held a Canadian permanent residency and had returned to India in February this year. His mother, Balvinder Kaur, told media persons that Pradeep and his sister were living in Canada where he was learning tattooing.
