The Delhi government is not backing down in its battle against the central government. The Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court had granted the power of transferring officials to the Delhi government on 11th May. With the decision, it seemed like everything would be fine now. However, just a few hours later, the fight reignited. The Delhi government has once again approached the Supreme Court on Friday, 12th May. The Kejriwal government has accused the central government of not allowing the transfer of central officials.
