Rajasthan Royals (RR) opener Yashasvi Jaiswal scripted history on Wednesday (May 11) night in Kolkata as he broke the record of the fastest fifty in the history of the Indian Premier League (IPL) getting to his milestone in just 13 balls. Jaiswal, who has had a star-making season for the Royals continued his smashing form and broke the record in just the third over of the Royals’ innings. The record was previously held by KL Rahul and Pat Cummins, who both got it in just 14 balls. Virat Kohli, Suryakumar Yadav and KL Rahul praised the young star’s feat.
