2. Kerala Monsoon and Chaya Kada
We discussed about two sides of Kerala monsoon. Flodding and water logging other are places where people enjoy. We talked about chaya kada- the tea shop. What are the food items available there? A woman from Thalassary recently opened a place in the name of chaya kada in mumbai. She sells food items like Acchapam, Parippu Vada, Pahzam podi.
3. Tomato robbery in Karnataka
Tomatoes worth rupees 2.5 lakh were allegedly stolen from a farm of a woman in Karnataka. The thieves allegedly decamped with 50-60 bags of tomatoes from the farm located in Goni Somanahalli village of Hassan district Tuesday night. Like other states, Karnataka has also seen tomato prices increasing very rapidly in recent days.
4. Jagan Mohan Reddy meets PM Modi
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy on Wednesday called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and discussed pending state projects. In an hour-long meeting with the prime minister, Reddy talked about various pending issues related to state bifurcation, Polavaram irrigation project, construction of a steel plant in YSR Kadapa district, financial assistance for new medical colleges, among others, sources said.
