Dukaan replaces support staff with AI chatbot, says it is efficient while humans are overqualified and fussy.
In the middle of concerns over AI like ChatGPT replacing human jobs, Indian startup Dukaan has made an announcement that it has laid off 90 per cent of its customer support employees and in their place is now using an AI chatbot. It also says that the AI chatGPT is better at this job than humans.
