Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, appearing for the Centre while giving a roadmap for the restoration of electoral democracy and complete statehood in Jammu and Kashmir, on Thursday told the Supreme Court that it is ready for elections in the Union Territory at any time now.
During the hearing, the Centre told the Supreme Court that there are three elections that are due.
