अनंतनाग के कोकेरनाग में पाकिस्तान समर्थित आतंकवादियों के खिलाफ सुरक्षा बलों का ऑपरेशन लगातार छठे दिन भी जारी रहा। कोकेरनाग के घने जंगलों में भारी हथियारों से लैस दो से तीन आतंकवादियों के छिपे होने की आशंका है। लगातार 6 दिन से जारी इस ऑपरेशन को 1995 के बाद आतंकियों के ख़िलाफ़ सबसे लंबा ऑपरेशन बताया जा रहा है। इस बीच CRPF की कोबरा कमांडो फोर्स की खास यूनिट को भी जम्मू कश्मीर भेजा गया है।
