Colorado’s Supreme Court bars Donald Trump from the 2024 Presidential Election.
In a landmark decision, the court ruled that Trump is not an eligible candidate. It is the first time the US Constitution’s 14th Amendment has been used to disqualify a presidential candidate. Several attempts to kick Trump off the ballot in other states have failed.
Trump is going to challenge the decision in the US Supreme Court. Also, this decision doesn’t apply to other states outside Colorado. So, This is unlikely to impact his Presidential bid. However, This could tarnish his image in the face of his core voters.
