On February 16, UP STF had arrested a person named Javed from Meerut. In whose possession 4 bottles of timer bombs were found. During interrogation, it was revealed that the mastermind who gave the order to make the bomb was someone else. Javed told her name as Imrana. UP STF also arrested her.
