Controversy has increased over the fatwa of Deoband’s Darul Uloom in which Ghazwa-e-Hind has been talked about. NCPCR i.e. National Commission for Protection of Child Rights has expressed objection regarding this fatwa issued on the website. And has written a letter to the local administration directing them to take action in the matter and register an FIR.
