The BJP has lodged a complaint with the Election Commission of India after a social media account which goes by the name ‘Hamirpur Youth Congress’ uploaded an objectionable post on the party’s Lok Sabha candidate Kangana Ranaut. The post showed a photo of scantily-clad Kangana Ranaut, with a derogatory caption.
Congress responded saying the party has no affiliation to the social media account. This comes weeks after controversy erupted after an objectionable post on Kangana Ranaut was shared on the Instagram account of Congress leader Supriya Shrinate.
