अहमदाबाद में महिलाओं, बच्चों और वरिष्ठ नागरिकों की सुरक्षा के लिए कई इलाकों में इमरजेंसी कॉल बॉक्स लगाए गए हैं। पुलिस के अनुसार, शहर के 205 इलाकों में ‘निर्भया सेफ सिटी’ परियोजना के तहत इमरजेंसी कॉल बॉक्स लगाए गए हैं। अहमदाबाद के विशेष पुलिस आयुक्त ने बताया कि इन बॉक्सों को केंद्र और राज्य सरकार दोनों ने फंड दिया है।
Emergency call boxes were installed in several areas in Ahmedabad for the safety of women, children and senior citizens. According to Police, emergency call boxes have been set up in 205 areas of the city ‘Nirbhaya Safe City’ project. The Special Police Commissioner of Ahmedabad reported that the boxes were funded by both the Central and State Governments.
