Popular Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala was shot dead by unidentified assailants in Punjab’s Mansa district on Sunday. He was 28. Police said his car was ambushed by two other vehicles, whose occupants then opened fire. Visuals from the scene of crime showed Moose Wala’s jeep and nearby buildings riddled with bullets. Many celebrities including Ajay Devgn, Vicky Kaushal, Kapil Sharma, Shehnaaz Gill, Vishal Dadlani etc have condoled the singer’s death. Born on June 17, 1993, Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu aka Sidhu Moose Wala hailed from the Moose Wala village in Mansa district of Punjab. He had a huge fan following and was popular for his rap.
